Christian Service

The Son of Man came not to be served but to serve. ~ Matthew 20:21

The Christian Service Commission is a group of parish Members whose resource and model enables the Parish of St. Louis
to put into action the Social Teaching of the Catholic Church. This commission Strives to be informed, educated and concerned
about Social Justice Issues which prevail at the local, state or world levels. The Commission's goal is to empower its members
and members of the parish-at-large to respond to human needs by carrying on the Church's mission of love, justice and peace for all,
through participation in planned activities and prayer. The challenge of Christian Service is to serve in the spirit of Jesus.
